I am a graduate student at Columbia College Chicago in the Strategic Communication program. I just graduated from Columbia with a Bachelors Degree in Digital Media Marketing, as well as a minor in Intellectual Property Management. After spending many years trying to pinpoint exactly what I wanted to do with my life, I have discovered my love for digital marketing and social media management.
During my years of school I have learned about marketing data analytics and have gained experience in social media marketing. I was responsible for creating content for a brand throughout the semester in order to drive the analytics. I also have experience creating content calendars, as well as scheduling specific posts. I am looking to further my experience in the marketing and social media world post graduation in the Fall of 2024.
I have over seven years of retail management experience. Starting my career in retail at The Children's Place, this has allowed me to expand my knowledge of management, retail, and marketing. I have experience with driving KPIs, hiring, as well as training and development. I chose the Strategic Communication program to further my knowledge in the business world in order to be that link between corporate and their stores. I am looking to connect my different experiences within retail and what I have learned in school.
